Pretty accurate of trips to Mexico. Usually you want to keep to the well-known hotels, eating from hot-dog stands has resulted in puking for me, twice, I only ate twice from hot-dog stands (different), taco stands usually don’t go well but don’t usually go as bad, although usually there’s a lot of dust flying around. Best bet is to bring your own food, or find very reputable restaurants (which are often dirty).
